PhilHealth premiums for 2026 are 5% of monthly basic salary, split equally: the employer and the employee each pay 2.5%. The premium base is at least ₱10,000 and at most ₱100,000, so each side pays between ₱250 and ₱2,500 a month.

How to read this table

Find the row closest to the employee's monthly basic salary. Salaries between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000 are used as they are. Salaries below the floor are computed on ₱10,000, and salaries above the ceiling are computed on ₱100,000, so the last row matches the ₱100,000 row. Basic salary means the fixed basic rate, so commissions, overtime, allowances, 13th-month pay and bonuses are not included.
