- Wage Order BARMM-05 took effect 6 August 2026, after issue on 15 July 2026 and publication on 21 July 2026. Each rate rose by PHP 25 from BARMM-04: from PHP 411 and PHP 386 to PHP 436 and PHP 411 (Cotabato City, Lamitan and Marawi), and from PHP 386 and PHP 376 to PHP 411 and PHP 401 (other areas).
- A second PHP 25 tranche takes effect 1 December 2026: PHP 461 and PHP 436 for Cotabato City, Lamitan and Marawi, and PHP 436 and PHP 426 for other areas. The page footnote states a total of PHP 50 per day upon full implementation of all tranches.
- The NWPC BARMM page covers the Cities of Cotabato, Lamitan and Marawi, and 63 barangays in North Cotabato. The page does not place those 63 barangays in either tier. Confirm their tier in the signed order.
- The NWPC BARMM page does not name Sulu in either tier. Confirm Sulu coverage in the signed order before applying either rate there.
