Notes on this wage order
- Wage Order NCR-28 grants a PHP 60 basic wage increase over the NCR-26 baseline of PHP 695 (non-agriculture) and PHP 658 (agriculture). Issued 7 September 2026, published 11 September 2026.
- The PHP 718 rate is one merged cell in the NWPC table. It covers agriculture, service/retail establishments employing 15 workers or less, and manufacturing regularly employing fewer than 10 workers.
- Wage Order NCR-27 (effective 25 July 2026) is not used as current rates here. The NWPC page notes it is "subject to continuing litigation pending before RTC Pasig Branch 152 and RTC Navotas Branch 287", and a page notice says its implementation "is awaiting final Resolution" from those courts.
- NCR-27 second tranche, scheduled for 20 January 2027: PHP 25 more, to PHP 780 (non-agriculture) and PHP 743 (agriculture and the merged lower rows).
