- Wage Order IVA-22 is effective 5 October 2025. Non-agriculture and agriculture in the Extended Metropolitan Area, Component Cities and 1st Class Municipalities took effect in one step on 5 October 2025. Retail/service rates in every tier, and the non-agriculture and agriculture rates for Reclassified 1st Class and 2nd to 5th Class Municipalities, have a second step effective 1 April 2026. The rates above are the amounts in force now.
- Tier areas are transcribed from the signed Wage Order IVA-22 PDF (Section 2 rate tables). Rosario, Cavite is printed under 1st Class Municipalities, but its non-agriculture rate is PHP 600 and its agriculture rate is PHP 525. Rosario, Batangas is at the 1st Class rates. LIMA Technology Center and Laguna Techno Park are printed in the tier lists as covered areas.
