- Wage Order ROVII-27 takes effect 14 October 2026, after publication on 28 September 2026. Until 13 October 2026, Wage Order ROVII-26 applies: PHP 540 for Class A and PHP 500 for Class B. The NWPC page shows the previous rates as PHP 540 and PHP 500 and lists ROVII-26 among the previous wage orders.
- ROVII-27 grants a PHP 42 increase in each class. The page lists no later tranche.
- The NWPC page has no sector or establishment-size split for ROVII-27. Retail and service establishments regularly employing not more than 10 workers may apply for exemption, subject to the Omnibus Rules on Minimum Wage Determination, as amended. Enterprises affected by natural calamities or human-induced disasters may also apply.
- The provinces of Negros Oriental and Siquijor are now part of the Negros Island Region, but their cities and municipalities remain covered by ROVII-27, under Class B.
- The NWPC coverage footnote for ROVII-27 names Bais, Bayawan, Bogo, Canlaon, Dumaguete, Guihulngan, Tagbilaran, Tanjay and Toledo alongside the Class A areas. The page does not state a class for each of those named cities. Class B applies to all areas not covered under Class A.
