Notes on this wage order

  • Wage Order VIII-25 took effect 8 December 2025 at PHP 452 (non-agriculture and service/retail over 10 workers) and PHP 422 (service/retail 1 to 10 workers, cottage and handicraft, agriculture). The second PHP 18 tranche took effect 1 June 2026. The page footnote states a total of PHP 35 per day upon full implementation of the tranches.
